Hubby is having a rough time of it this summer.

He's wondering if anyone else is having a struggle? Could it be the weather? Or just a flare?

Summer is always so much worse for me. I think for many others, too, due to heat, humidity more smog and smoke in the air from fires even far away, more pollution from asphalt surfaces and increased vehicular traffic.

And, even for those with AC, that is not ideal, either, though better than getting overheated.

I notoriously backslide in early summer. It has happened for the last several years.

I tried very hard this year to avoid it but it happened again. For me I think its the busyness, longer days, and erratic schedule that summer brings. I also know that when I am feeling good, springtime typically, I overdo it due to my awesome amounts of energy and thinking I am pretty much cured.

I hope your husband turns around soon. I have heard of others flaring up in late summer early fall every year.

I feel my best during summer.

No sluggish feeling or wanting to stay in bed all day. More energy. Sunshine and natural Vit D.

I had relapse in June from new tick bites and it was so hard watching the beautiful days go by bedridden.

Thank god that has passed. Treasure every good day. Our health is so fragile and can change in a flash.

During Fall is when I deteriorate. Sinus, colds, fatigue, cloudy dreary days. I m actually scared of how sick I get in Fall.

He usually feels worse late fall and winter.

This past winter was a good one for him. So it was disappointing to not feel good this spring & summer.

Sigh.

A Fairy Wand would be my best wish for everyone, indeed. Wave away what hurts and let the sun shine in, eh?

I live on the Gulf coast and when the heat and humidity set in this summer, it was awful. I was getting down about feeling like this over our very long summer.

Even with a low body temperature I would sweat off and on all day. I would sweat sitting on the sofa in my comfortable house. I would soak the bedsheets at night even with the AC turned down to 70.

I was debating to myself whether it was babesia or simply hormones.

Then I made a trip up north to visit family. The temps were mild. My whole stay there I never once had a day or night sweat. I wasn't looking forward to heading back home.

But once home, something strange happened.....nothing. No sweats. No uncomfortable feeling. It's like my body's thermostat was simply reset. I guess I need to summer in a moderate climate!
