Add biotin to your regimen. Sure helped me.

There are plenty of things that help, but since I can't use herbs I'm a bit out of the loop.

Had a stool test from Dr's Data. The test results showed candida susceptibilitis to various non-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical drugs. This is supposedly based on their in vitro studies.

In ascending order of effectiveness they show:
Oregano:minimal effectiveness
Uva ursi: low medium
Undecylenic acid:medium
Plant tannins:high medium
Berberine : high medium
Caprylic acid: bottom end of high range
Grapefruit seed extract:high range
Nystatin : most effective of group

There's also research out there that shows saccharomyces Boulardii and Bacillus Laterosporus to be effective. Check ncbi for studies on probiotics for candida.
