I think it's supposed to work. I didn't have bart .. thank goodness!

I have bart. I've been on Bactrim for quite a while. I also believe it's been treating Borrelia burgdorferi. When I began treatment, I jumped around from antibiotic to antibiotic a bit. A combination of Bactrim with 2 others have been my best combination.

I'm still making progress with this combination, so I haven't changed it in a while. I would say I've been on the same antibiotics for 6 mo. (ish)

I also added in mhbot which has been FANTASTIC. It took me from inching along to stepping along. I still go up and down, but I feel that progress is faster.

Bart is my worst and hardest to rid.
