Anyone use this? It is oregano. It has given me a really bad herx. I am not taking any other drugs. My Dr. told me what all it kills, but I only remember yeast.

Killing yeast is not an easy road. Herxes were horrible with yeast die off.
I'm not really sure of oil of oregano killing other bacteria or viruses.
Do plenty of detox protocols including drinking tons of water and flushing everything out. Don't forget support of your liver, like milk thistle.

Also google "salicylate sensitivity" .. just in case. Some of us are unable to tolerate herbs.

I have used oil of oregano for mouth yeast and I will say it does work. A few drops in water, swish and swallow.
I have the book called "The Cure is in the Cupboard" by Cass Ingram.
It's all about oregano oil and the things that it can treat.
