I had 2 different combos that were good for me that you have not tried.
Clindamycin + Quinine
Minocycline + Plaquenil
Minocycline by itself or in combination was great for me also. I had okay results with Doxycycline

To get to my first 1st LLMD visit I was placed in the back seat with head phones and eye mask. I couldn't walk or talk. I was dying from undiagnosised chronic Neuro Lyme.
I started treatment in Dec '16 and by Sept '17, I returned to work part-time. It was a miracle.
I treated with doxy, azithromycin, Rifamin, nystatin, Plaquenil, and pulsed flagyl on weekends. I was at 75% and felt good.
Alas, many relapses since. It was nice while it lasted.
I won't give up. I will keep researching, adding, subtracting new therapies. Others have gotten well and we will too ! Posted by garnet10 (Member # 48181) on :

Thank you so much for these suggestions. I am learning every LLMD has their own favorite combinations.

Yes, hitting a plateau was bad enough. The recent relapse was discouraging. And I’m with you about not giving up.
