In Dr. H's book, he discusses that azithromycin (Zithromax) and clarithromycin (Biaxin)

should be prescribed with Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine)

Our LLMD did not prescribe Plaquenil with Zithromax

Anyone here have success with Lyme treatment using Zithromax without Plaquenil?
