I always prefer cheap easy and safe treatments and it doesn’t get much better than this one. While they are indicating it may be useful for auto immune disease, anything that has inflammation as a symptom certainly could benefit from it. I am starting it today at a quarter teaspoon before meals. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321624.php Dan

Thanks D I read the whole article. Interesting that they say the vegas nerve doesn't come into play. Don't know what to think about that ? I too will try it at low dose. Thanks.

I prefer a mix of mineral salts with or without baking soda. It's widely used here in Switzerland / Germany, for all sorts of diseases. One example alkaline mineral powder Loads of examples of popular alkaline mineral powders I am killing parasites now, with mimosa pudica seeds, and having some nasty die off (slowly building up). I felt my urine burning, which is a sign of beginning of bladder infection (herx probably). One spoon of one alkaline powder, taken in empty stomach, stopped the development of the UTI, without any other further treatment. The advantage to baking soda, is that you can take more of it, and you get good minerals with it. And the taste is better than pure baking soda. I also wonder, if baking soda taken too often, would not raise blood pressure?

Brussels, wouldn't the calcium lead to calcification of arteries?

Do not drink it every day. Do more research on this.

I guess, taking calcium alone is never a good option. Much better is if you combine with magnesium and vit D and K2. Both Magnesium (in most alkaline powders) and K2 will contribute to put calcium where it should be: in your bones, not in the arteries, tendons... I'll make another thread about that, not to steal this one...
