I have sensitive gut and every drug makes me nauseous. I used pantoprazole along with medication in the past, and it was helping a lot. I read about PPIs side effects, so I don't want take them anymore.
Is there any natural alternative which may protect my stomach?

I think there definitely are a lot of natural things you can use.

I heard that aloe vera juice can sometimes help, and marshmallow root powder I think is also good, but I can't quite remember.

DGL . . . Slippery Elm Bark powder mixed in a little water and drink . . . same with Marshmallow Root powder. (sorry, not at all related to those fluffy glucose & insulin bombs in plastic bags).

While not the same thing as gastroparesis, some of the detail about what else can soothe a tender GI tract are in both threads below.

PPIs & steroids use is now being warned as contributing to C dif. Of course antibiotics also can cause C dif.

I wonder why C dif is now wide spread in hospitals, nursing homes, etc? Well, we know docs think steroids cure everything. [bonk] [bonk] [bonk]
