Just diagnosed with Lyme. Started my antibiotic and supplement 10 days ago (biocin, flagyl, doxy), and have had terrible diarrhea 5x/day since.
I just started taking my probiotics 3 days ago on 8/6, and my doctor said they will help with that, but it hasn't YET.
Should the diarrhea subside at some point??? Is it the antibiotics causing it?

Go to WalMart or Walgreen's and buy some FLORASTOR. You can take that in addition to your probiotics. Works GREAT for diarrhea. You need it to protect yourself from c.diff while on antibiotics.
Be sure to take the regular probiotics at least 2 hours away from the antibiotics.
