LLMD told me to get this gaba spray. He had no brand recommendations. When he told me it was a spray I thought it was applied topically but it looks like a lot of them are oral?
Any recommendations?

I don't know about spray, but plain GABA did not work for me once my BBB had stopped leaking.
What does help is Pharma GABA, which is oral and all natural so your gut recognizes it and can absorb it.
