I am working with my LLMD and FD doctor. Right now. It went diagnosed without treatment for 1.5 months.
I am on Xifixan 3 pills a day. Thats all right now.
I have been on a week. I have notice difference in: Mood Anxiety Depression Insomina Muscle Pain
Still have: Pain and Bloating after eating Pain and inflammation in stomac loose stool weight loss Off balance feeling Vision Dry eyes Sinus issues.
I am also having histamine issues as well.
Any help or suggestions and or input would be helpful.
I havent been in lyme treatment for awhile. And prior going to Greece I had to take a Zpak and the Macrobid back to back which triggered the SIBO issues.

Grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, black cumin seed, peppermint, and garlic all kill gut bacteria, I think. I just don't know if they kill only the bad bacteria, or the good ones too. Grapefruit seed extract is really good at killing a lot of bad stuff.

Donna Gates and Jill Carnahan are top SIBO experts - I suggest you look at their websites.

Take Pure Encapsulations DGL Plus thirty minutes before eating. It will help you digest your food so that you're not in pain after eating. This pill is my life-saver.
Ask your LLMD about the prescription probiotic called VSL 3. Take several different types of probiotics
Glutamine and Quercetin heal Leaky Gut. It's important to be dairy-free and gluten-free while healing Leaky Gut. And, of course, sugar-free so that you're not feeding the Lyme, co-infections, and yeast
Soverign Laboratories Colostrum-LD powder heals the GI tract
Soverign Laboratories Pro Daily GI Complete is a great probiotic plus colostrum
Here is a shortened video of a well-known naturopath giving a speech about how to heal Leaky Gut: https://youtu.be/LAlI6F3FBSI
It feels like I am having histamine reactions or an mast cell reactions to all things I eat.
Did anyone else have this?
Does it go away when you kill the bacteria?

Hm - sounds like leaky gut to me, as in your immune system reacting to foodstuffs getting across the intestinal lining, would be my guess, without being a doctor. of course. Also check out Josh Axe on how to heal that.
