I am on my second week of rifampin and doxycycline. For the first week, my urine had turned orange, but for the last week, has not happened at all. Would this be a sign that it could no longer be working? Thanks Chris

Orange pee is common, especially when first taking Rif. I have had (4) rif combo protocols over the past 7 years. In some protocols my pee started bright orange then lightened with time. Other times it stayed pretty much the same color throughout the protocol duration.
your mileage may vary. But I don't think it means it's no longer working as your pee returns to normal color.
