Can anyone recommend a good complete multivitamin?

I'd like it to be made from whole food and organic.

I prefer capsules to tablets

If it's real good, it's o.k. if it's a little expensive.

Someone told me of a company producing liposomal nutrients, vitamins... I can't find the link.

Liposomal nutrients why?

If I find it again, i'll post here. I take an European product, from that company called Sunday Natural. but I'd rather take separate supplements to dose each nutrient better.

Sunday Natural is a good brand, good quality, good prices. Not liposomal, though.
