It is pretty expensive. I wonder if it has anything to do with the gene defect and methylation cycle handicap we have and whether or not it helps?

any ideas?

Thank you!

I use Thorne Brand “Methyl Guard Plus”.

It works just as well as Xymogen’s brand with same ingredients. It’s also cheaper & you don’t have to buy it from a doctor.

Both my Mom & I use this.

I have also used the Thorne brand Methyl Guard and, later, Methyl Guard Plus and found them to make a dramatic difference. (It can help to start slow at first.) If you have difficulties with methylation, these products really help. I have my elderly parents on them with their doctor's approval.

I do my own liposomal super B vitamins with 5-MTHF, B12 in 3 bio available forms (methycob, adenosylcob, and hydroxicob).

I found a super B complex, with B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6,B7, B8, B9, B10 (only missing B11), all in bio active forms (Sunday Natural brand).

My B12 concentrate comes from them too.

Having B vitamins in liposomal forms work much better, deeper than non-lipo B vitamins. Specially the B12.
