Hi all! I was in remission for 5 years and then 3 weeks aftert a cold In September, my POTS symptoms came back. Went back on mepron and all hell broke lose. Headaches, vertigo, insomnia, etc....all my symptoms (minus air hunger) are back. Looking back, for a few months before this relapse, every two weeks....almost to the day, my heart rate was faster than normal for a day or two and then I’d be back to normal. I mean every two weeks almost to the day! I could almost set my calendar to it. I know patterns always mean something! What infections cause a 14 day flare?

I don't know, but mepron treats babesia .. so that would be my first thought.
