Can anyone give me some positive outcomes on this disease? My anxiety is rampant, I'm having nightmares. I'm hurting the ppl I love because I truly do not think I'll get out of this. Mentally and physically drained. On 3 antibiotics and 1 antiviral for about 5 weeks now and seeing a LLMD. Looking ahead terrifies me.

I don't know how to connect to the thread.
Look in General Support near the top for Progress and Success Stories
Many go on to get well.
You will get through this. Praying for you!!
I keep a blessings journal and on bad days it is great to look back and see all the things that have brought me joy even in the midst of Lyme.
Take one day at a time!
Blessings.

YES, persons HAVE recovered. Rife therapy helps a lot as does HBOT - need to take Pycongenol - also when doing HBOT. 1mg per pound of body weight (150 pounds = 150mg...follow?). Advice comes from a doc who used to work for the gov.
Your own genetics does play a part, BUT there ARE work-arounds!!!

I know I'm arriving a little late to this thread.
I really did not think I was going to get better either—but I did. It just took a long time.
For me their has been a significant positive side to having Lyme disease. And I know that there is nothing positive about feeling terrible and just being really sick, but my illness forced me to face many issues in my life that I was trying to ignore, and it really helped me see God's mercy and find peace.
Being sick was extremely horrible, and I would not want to go through it again, but I could not imagine my life without the things I learned while I was sick.
I really wouldn't want to go back and do my life without the years I was sick—I really do feel that I am a happier person because of what I went through.

Don't lose hope! I sounds like you are probably on a good regimen to help you get better. This is just one of those illnesses that most get worse before getting better.
It took my daughter 5 years to get better but she did and now is married, works full time, and is trying to finish up her bachelor degree and then has plans for a masters degree. There is always hope!

Dr C or Dr K protocol, herbs, biofilm buster do a search for me. I got better after 3 years of treatment.

I get better with each treatment that works for me. I suggest not looking ahead in a negative way, because the trick is for us all to find the treatments that are going to work for us. Most of us eventually hit upon them. And when we do, we get some life back.
I am fortunate to have found that taking capsules of turmeric greatly reduces joint and muscle pain, drinking mangosteen juice stops my Lyme eye symptoms, and taking Armour thyroid makes me feel present again.
I mention these remedies as examples of what's working for me, but I had to find them, so it takes time for each of us to find our effective remedies.
