Excellent article. I'm a little surprised that Alpha-Gal was not mentioned (or, at least, my eyes did not see that) . . . but, then, they could not include everything.

For some reason, the URLs would not allow posting. Just search the title in quotation marks or at Google Advanced Search to find the articles - the date can be used as a cross search.

Alpha-Gal and red meat allergy are linked to the ***Lone star tick*** and certain blood types are protected.

It sure looks like OspA is very problematic...as I have said before.

Sorry to hear you are "dealing with" Cpn triggered asthma.

Thanks for your extensive notes here. Hope you can breathe more easily soon. Storms over your state yesterday, I saw, maybe will clear the air (after stirring it all up, of course).

The article says tick bites don't itch. Mine almost always do, and I'm grateful for that because it facilitates finding them.
