Can you take activated charcoal and chlorella together? I assume only because they are both binders.
I'm on alot of supplements (not including my abx meds 2x a day) so spacing these things out is hard and I set my alarm and take them in the middle of the night.
Just wanted to double check. Thanks!

I know what you're going through...I take cholestryamine in the middle of the night, and it absolutely has to be taken apart from everything else.
My LLMD wants me to take armour thyroid by itself and then the rest of the empty stomach things later. If I do that, I lose too much sleep which is something I have to work for.
I take the thyroid with the other empty stomach stuff after I wake up. The difference is slight, and not worth losing sleep over.
I thought chlorella extracts metals out of the cells, and charcoal soaks toxins up. I'll let someone who knows for sure give you an answer to that, but it seems taking the chlorella about 20 minutes before the charcoal would prevent the chlorella from being sucked up before it has a chance to do what it's intended to do. I could be wrong.
I just want to emphsize that sleep is very important to healing and if you have trouble getting back to sleep after waking up to your alarm, it's counterproductive. You may need to problem solve with your doctor.

Hi Daisy's,
Going back to sleep hasn't been an issue for me, to answer your question. Since I began my new job a few months ago I haven't been waking up as much during the night or having trouble staying asleep....I think the days are draining me as it is lol.
Thank you too for your reply.
I'm due for a f/u appt with my LLMD in early March and along with the other other million questions and concerns ( haha) I have for her I'll run this by her as well.

Hey Mountainsky
This is a really great question.
Would you be so kind as to update us here if you find the answer to this? We are so starved for LLMD advice on such matters. Thanks.
