Hey everyone I feel the need to update you all, I was very near death but extreme mold avoidance saved my life, I have been following in Bryan Rsoner's footsteps now, he has a free podcast on this topic.

The weird thing is that I had already done remediation and mold treatment, but doing the "erik style extreme" version of mold avoidance seems to have flipped a switch, and caused decades of tons to pour out and I'm a new poerson.

I really don't have medical advice for anyone but there's a lot of free info like byran's work ( his podcast https://lymebook.podbean.com/ ) and also Erik Johnson's books.

The hardest part is to get over the mental leap of thinking that "extreme" mold avoidance is different from normal mold treatment...something is different.

Also, I tried brain training and DNRS and they didn't help me...if they helped you great but that wasn't my answer. hope everyone is well.

Congratulations!!! Thats great news! For extreme mold avoidance do you live outside? Like in the desert?

Some people do live outside yes, it is hard to find a good enough house to live in in the early phases of extreme mold avoidance.

But I mean, there are so many strange aspects to this treatment that you wouldn't expect. I was really skeptical of it for the first few months but now I'm beyond convinced.

Anyway I subscribe to this blog and here is a recent post that really clears up some of the confusing parts of it.
