Hey guys,

Yes I know I said recently I'd be leaving this forum for a long and needed break.

With that said most of you know I recently did a mycotoxon urine test thru Great Plains Lab. I just got my results early this morning.

Negative for all types EXCEPT for Ochratoxin A.

I figured you'd be curious to know how that went and didn't want to leave you guys in the dark. 💚

Research time, lol. Probably won't expect a call from my llmd till midweek.

In my experience, all mold is bad....just wondering what you were told.

Looks like this one is food-bourne and seen in coffee.
