My two worst constant problems. Any new remedies?

Those are horrid, Ann.
I have tinnitus, as well, and sometimes get positional vertigo.
Sadly, I haven’t heard of any new remedies.

For me, I was able to reduce tinnitis to zero for 6 hours when I held a PEMF coil that emitted magnetic pulses - I think at 400-700 gauss strength. I asked a top Lyme doc about it and he said it probably quieted down the nerves to the ears. PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic frequency machine. Someone brought it into a chiropractor's office and that's where I tried it. Did around 10 sessions with it, and it worked every time. You might want to consider researching PEMF machines.
Dizziness can have lots of causes. For me, when my top two vertebrae are out, I can be dizzy. Checking this out requires a very good cervical chiropractor.

It's Babesia, probably Babesia odocoilei.
Tafenoquine is the most effective medication. But you might need to take some combination of anti-malarials.
Such as Tafenoquine and Coartem
Primaquine works too, but not at the standard dose of one pill a day, for 14 days. It would have to be two pills a day, every day.
Odocoilei is unfortunately very persistent, because it generates excess fibrin production, the fibrin effectively hide the parasites from your immune system, and from medications.
You can try taking Lumbrokinase to break up the fibrin, but be aware the Herxes will very intense. It's possible that some combination of anti malarials and long term lumbrokinase could put you into remission.
