Antagonist to TLR4 receptor is ATRA or…find the other! For my chronic chlamydia pneumonia I am taking bitter melon and resveratrol based on Covid research- TSR4A14 - a taste receptor on …get this… lung macrophages. Cpn likes to hang out in M2 macrophages - hard for antibiotics to hit.

Google: ATRA TLR4. And yes rhodopsin does the same. increased phagocytosis.

Is the bitter melon and resveratrol helping?

Looks like BH4 (Royal jelly)+ ECEG (green tea) + vitamin c (I like timed release) may be helpful. Royal jelly normally has a bitter taste - hence I am choosing capsules. Inflammatory cytokines trigger IOD - KYN up and BH4 becomes deficient. Lowering inflammation and ROS (via antioxidants) is critical. BH4 deficiency is common in old age too. It is needed to make serotonin and dopamine. I kept researching- what was I missing? Will see…supplements on order. Also trans resveratrol is more bio available.
