i did the restrictive diet today for my sibo test tomorrow. I did have a cup of fennel tea this morning bc i was having symptoms and it helps. i probably stopped drinking the tea around 11 or 12 but that is too late for me to start the test tomorrow. does anyone know if i should postpone the test because of this?

What time is your test tomorrow? Probably need 24 hours of restrictive diet but I am not an expert.

thank you for answering. I decided I better postpone. I would have had like 21 hours but if that skews the test to false negative results it just isn't worth it. I'll try again later in the week. Thanks!
