Fisetin “ rescues “ oxphos in cells where a pathogen has triggered aerobic glycolysis. Liposomal Fisetin is ideal. Dosage on the internet suggests 20 mg per kg of body weight per day. Fisetin is a concentrated nutrient in strawberries, etc.

It is a senolytic and clears cells that aren’t completely functioning, but still are hanging around. When a cell has been “uncoupled” it appears “Fisetin to the rescue” to make a lot more ATP. I am fighting C pneumonia which triggered COPD, asthma, IBD, RA, autoimmune and recently HF - FAST. It is one of the pathogens known to cause AD.

In genetically susceptible individuals it triggers MS - Cpn can infect the CNS. Ru486 can destroy it. Inhibits the GR (glucocorticoid receptor). Sound familiar? Another pathogen that benefits from cortisol! In 2016 I was given so much prednisone that I developed Cushings.

I ordered my own test because I suspected -25# weight gain, couldn’t sleep, anger… I ordered my own Cpn test last year and it was IgG positive. IgA1 and IgG -> reaction to Cpn’s HSP 60 which is similar to our own, but NOT identical to hHsp60. Never lose hope.

Thank you Marnie for posting this - very interesting.

Would you please break up this post for those who have neurological issues and can't read large blocks of text? Thanks.

Latent C pneumonia infection releases Hsp60 triggering a constant immune response.

“macrophage L-type Ca2+ channel antagonists alter Chlamydia pneumonia’s MOMP and HSP-60 mRNA gene expression and improve antibiotic sensitivity.”
(MOMP refers to a major outer surface membrane protein)

(Do Bb infected macrophages containing latent cell wall deficient form of Bb? And do they also release Bb’s Hsps - heat shock proteins? )

In my case…

IgG is up in response to Hsp60 ***released from infected macrophages*** containing latent/chronic Cpn. IgA is up ONLY when my infection is ACTIVE.

Similar to Lyme infected macrophages?

OTC nano curcumin is a Ca2+ channel inhibitor and according to some websites, also inhibits Na/K ATPase.

Nano curcumin PLUS natural antivirals like nano quercetin or liposomal luteolin and/ or baicalin?

Personally I am trying and have to work out dosage and timing, but will begin with bottle suggested timing. It appears the form of the supplement makes a huge difference re: availability for the cells to use.

Fisetin can cause the release of LDH when infected cells are knocked off.

Alaska Lone Wolf - LOVED your state! Saw it last year when celebrating 50th.

Marnie I don't live there anymore but went back up 2 years ago for 5 weeks.

When I first moved up there I'd cry looking at the mountains and how breathtaking it was.

I moved to the south where my family was in 2000 and moved back up the next year.

Unfortunately I got hit by a truck while on my moutain bike and went through the windshield and have never fully recovered. I had to move south for surgeries.

I've hoped to move back but in 2005 I sold my cabin.

My bestie is trying so hard to get me back up there. If it wasn't for my nephew I'd move.

I'm so glad you experienced Alaska.

That place...I just feel like I belong up there.

First time I saw the Northern Lights I was driving so pulled over and got out of the car so I could dance under them. Crying then too with pure joy!

I used to hike up into the mountains and lay down close to a pristine lake looking up into the sky and seeing eagles and listening to their cries.

I've learned that experiences like that stay in your heart.

Didn't mean for this to be so long but memories came flooding in so I thought I'd share them with another Alaska lover!

[hi]

WOW- what incredible memories of that beautiful state! Thanks for sharing. We were not there when the Northern Lights happen, but I saw them a long time ago when I lived in Illinois and had to stay outside for a long time watching them - Mesmerizing!

Back to Bb which uses LDH to:

Lactate + NAD (nicotinamide adenine denucleotide) -> pyruvate + NADH.

Pyruvate can be converted to acetyl CoA to enter the Krebs cycle to make ATP

OR converted back to lactate to

regenerate NADH and allow glycolysis to continue.

Bb uses both NADH and NADPH. NADH is catabolic and NADPH is anabolic.

NADPH is used to make GSH = glutathione - a powerful antioxidant.

While a ketogenic diet and HBOT work in synergy, so does IV glutathione and HBOT, I just read.

Google:”Borrelia burgdorferi glutathione” and read the AI summary

Years ago an ID doc told my husband, when using HBOT, take pycnogenol -1mg per pound of body weight.

Did you read the supplements I posted that impact LDH?

Important to realize when Bb is destroyed and when cells are destroyed, up goes LDH. Too high = not good.

Sepsis = high LDH when Bb is knocked off and/or when cells die too.
