Bb and my infection (C pneumonia) have this toxin (T3SS)in common which can be inhibited by the supplement, myricetin. It is in sweet potatoes et al in lower levels and those levels drop when the potatoes are cooked. It is also in blueberries, etc.

I don’t have a clue about dosage and timing, but have 100mg on order- Source Naturals- and will take with sulforphane (broccoli sprouts)because they work in synergy.

For ME myricetin also inhibits DNAk - a tyrosine kinase = phosphate transfer which MY infection is dependent on (chlamydia pneumonia).

Nevertheless the negative impact on a toxin is beneficial. Just FYI. Doubt? Google : T3SS borrelia burgdorferi and T3SS myricetin.

Oh, broccoli sprout extract is supposed to be very good for your liver function.

This is something you can take even if you're not taking other things for the liver.

And don't forget to take magnesium daily and eat beans!
