Daosin 15 minutes before meals would help. There is a lot of histamine in MANY foods!

Bb is known to trigger mast cells. Red tide toxin does the same. C. Pneumonia can infect those cells.

C. Pneumonia can be a co-infection with Bb or with Covid, making persons significantly worse.

I tried a DAO supplement and had terrible stomach issues from it. I was hoping it would help me but it didn't. Of course it could have been an ingredient that I had the reaction to.

Sounds like when I tried to give my son supplements when the MTHFR first came on the scene. It made him much worse.

I follow a Sjogren's/Allergist/Immunologist on IG, Immuneconfidentmd. She talks a lot of about histamine and MAST cell, among other topics. She speaks of addressing it in a certain order so you don't feel worse. I don't remember the order but if you are interested do a search, she has a website.

Tablet or capsule?

If trying to counter the histamine in food- tablets maybe better. Think about it.

My son has a folic acid problem ( genetic testing was done to confirm). He has a hard time processing folic acid to its useful form - folinic acid.

Since the Bs work together, we found a B complex that contains all the useful forms is best.

Off topic, but…mild HBOT increases IgA1 and IgA2 to impact OspA likely.
