Hi again,

I guess I need to tell you my symptoms. I think I have had this for 4 years.
Now I have a stiff neck, my left knee, feet, and ankles swell up, my joints are stiff, I have headaches, Ive' gained 75 lbs. in 2 yrs. My legs, feet, hands and arms tingle. I get sharp stabbing pains in my eyes. I get cramps in my legs and feet. When I walk It feels like I am walking on razor blades. I have night sweats just about every night. My bones feel hollow. Some days I feel short of breath and weeze. Now I have a smokers hack and I don't smoke. I get cramps in my ribs. I have no energy and could sleep 24/7 easily. Then I go to bed and my eyes won't close. If i am driving some where I can't remember where I am going. Sometimes I feel like I am going to tip over. I get sinus infection all the time. Now I feel like a big cry baby. Because I know there are people way worse off than me but I am sick of being sick. Please please help me.

Sounds like lyme alright.

Get yourself to the best doctor specializing in lyme disease that you can find. I see Betty has sent you some names already.

I recommend one who follows the Joseph Burrascano lyme disease treatment guidelines. Find them here:

http://www.ilads.org/burrascano_0905.html

Read and STUDY them to educate yourself about this disease.

Ask if the doc follows Burrascano when you call to make your appt. If he/she doesn't, don't make the appt.

We know how you feel. We know what it is to be sick of feeling sick. This can all turn around with a good lyme doc--one who has treated many lyme disease patients.

When you find a doc, you can post here and ask for feedback on him. You want to find a number of people who have been helped by his treatment. Personal referrals like this are extremely important. Especially with what it costs to see a good lyme doc.
