Looking for a Lyme literate Doctor in Rhode Island, South Eastern Massachusetts, or Eastern Connecticut. I am a 50 year old male. I was infected with Lyme in the fall of 2007. The infection went untreated for 2.5 months prior to diagnosis and antibiotic treatment. I feel that I have ongoing joint issues. My Joints feel like they are breaking down and becoming less stable. Often experience joint and muscle aches. I don't think it is because I am getting older. I feel as if the disease compromised my joints and is continuing to degrade them.
