Please, please can someone give me the name of an LLMD in CT or MA? I booked an appointment with the only one I knew of several months back, and 3 days before the appointment they called to say he is not going to accept new patients!

I had the bullseye rash years ago, but was not properly treated. I'm now suffering with terrible joint pain that no one can diagnose, and some cognitive issues. I know this must be chronic Lyme. Please, can someone give me a name?
