The MD I go to now was recommended by my former LLMD.This PCP even has had some ILADS training.
In the four years I've seen her she's become less helpful. Doesn't work with me for thyroid and adrenal issues.
At last annual physical, she pronounced me "healthy."
I'm treating lyme and bart myself now with Byron White. I'm good with not being on abx. But I would like to be able to go to an MD who understands lyme but doesn't necessarily have to treat it.
I really feel that I don't have a primary care doctor right now. I'll go back only if I break a leg or get cancer God forbid!
