Former doctor was a lyme doc? Did he not recommend another doc?
Left you high and dry for retirment, not taking your healthcare insurance? Didn't want to treat you any longer?
I've got LLMD names, so PM or post here what's going on, so we can see where you could go from here.

Former doctor is Dr Mi... C...., who does treat lyme. He is semi-retired and reducing his practice.The doctor he suggested is neurologist who doesn't seem to interested in treating lyme. I would appreciate if you could send me LLMD names.
