My son michael is 12 years old and has been to Dr. after Dr. and has had muscle byopsy,emg,Dr's have tried to diagnos him with muscula dystrophy,arthrits,myositis, he's been on medication after medication,has had MRI after MRI high fluctuating CPK levels initially they tested for lyme that came back negative then everything else took place. They say lyme is not possible in children or in florida. I am going crazy please help my son seek treatment.

Lyme is in Florida. I was bit in Orlando. I had a very difficult time finding a doctor there too. I moved to the Carolina's and found a wonderful LLMD here. I have heard that there is a good LLMD in Tampa. I will try to find info and PM you.

Yes, please check into the Dr. in Tampa. He is a wonderful man. I know he treats a young girl of 14, so I would think he would see your 12 yr old son.
