Can anyone recommend a LLMD in Northwestern Pennsylvania? I really like my current Dr., but I don't think he is very well versed in Lyme.
Thanks.

Could you tell us a little bit about your situation? Have you had a positive Lyme test? Tested for co-infections? What treatment have you had?
Thanks....

Here is my background. I work part time as a taxidermist, and know I have been bitten 2 times in the past year. There is an almost daily exposure to ticks at certain times of the year.
I began to ache a few months ago and told my wife that I thought I may have Lyme.
I could sleep all day, most days, if given the chance.
Recently (in the past month) I have been experiencing palpitations, which lead to cardiac tests, showing a partial left bundle branch block.
The cardiologist does not feel that there is anything serious with the heart.
I have a terrible time concentrating and lose my train of thought very easily. I experienced one mild tremor, almost like a brain vibration.
I have had chest pains, a stiff neck almost daily, and a mild pressure headache.
I fell like my eyes are open wider than normal as well.
Most of the symptoms are not everyday, and have not been extreme(i.e. joint pain, headaches)but are persistant when they occur.
Advice on seeking a good doc in NW PA would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to post your email address so someone can send you info on doctors. Our PM capability has failed us today.
