My LLMD has requested I get a neuropsychological evaluation completed. He has referred my to Dr. Fallon at Columbia. Unfortunately, Dr. Fallon is not covered by my insurance. The cost of the evaluation is $4200.00, so I'm tring to find a LLMD that conducts the evaluations that is in my network (witch then I would only have to pay 10%). Unfortunately, Dr. Shea and Dr. Leventhal are not covered by my insurance either.
Does anyone know of/had experience with a LLMD that does neuropsychological evalauations?
