please remove drs. full name; you can show dr. A-K with city/state, but that is it due to board rules ok!

just click pencil to right of you name that opens both subject line and body text and remove that.

did you go to bottom left corner marking box for all replies to go to you; hope so!
click edit send when done!

NONE IN THAT CITY. please list the 4-6 LARGEST CITIES nearest you with the CLOSEST ONES being listed first.
