Hi, I am new to this board.

My husband was just diagnosed with Lyme disease yesterday.

The doctor has him on 875 mg of amoxicillin twice a day

and also 500 mg of Naproxin twice a day for pain for two weeks.

Is this enough? He has had headaches, joint pain, numbness in

his arms for about a week which is why we went to the doctors.

The doctor acted like this was no big deal and will be gone in

two weeks but after reading these message boards, we are pretty

scared and think he should see a LLMD...can anyone help?

Thank you in advance for your help. (I tried to put spaces in but

not sure if I did it right - sorry if it is wrong!)
