Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a gynecologist or urologist in the Boston/New England area? Does this kind exist at all?

Thanks

Try this:
Lyme Disease Association Doctor Referral page:
http://www.lymediseaseassociation.org/Doctor_Referrals.html

The site allows you to search for LLMD's by specialty.

Checked out the site. Very useful except the urologist specialty doesn't even exist on the list and for gynecologists there are only three in the whole country, it seems, and the closest one is in Maryland (I'm in Boston)! Does anyone have a recommendation for a good urologist? Doesn't have to be lyme literate, I guess, just a very good and understanding specialist in Boston area. Thanks in advance!!!

You may be able to get this information from a Support Group in your area. There's a link on the upper left side of this page. If a phone number is given for a contact person please call rather than emailing them. Good luck!

Hi again,

Didn't have any luck getting through to Veronica, so I'll try it again - maybe someone will happen to see my post who knows a knowledgeable urologist in MA.

Preferably the one who's aware of Lyme but just a very good and understanding specialist will do.

I just keep having very VERY painful UTI's and I want to know why am I getting them out of thin air!!!

Thanks to all of you in advance!

Sing, Do you have an LLMD who may be able to help with this problem or offer a referral for you??
