I am looking for info on Dr. C in Florida. Need someone to treat myself and my 15 year old daughter. She has recently been diagnosed with lyme and bartonella --my results are pending, but I have same symptoms. Lots of Docs in NY but Florida would be easier for us to get to (from Birmigham, Alabama). thanks!

Have you tried calling support groups in that area? They probably have some feedback from members. There's a link on the upper left side of this page.
