I called to make an appointment with Dr. E (male) in NJ, his secretary would not make the appointment because I am a NY resident. I am currently seeing a Dr. in NY. I will disclose his name through PM only....

My fiance lives in Tamaqua, PA, but I am afraid I will run into the same issues.

Any input would be great at this pont. I feel lost. Please [confused]

For most drs that is not an issue. Try PA or another dr and see what happens. My dr sees patients from all over the US.

I have spoken to you in the past, you're always so helpful!! I don't get why they declined me, I work in New Jersey, actually 30 min from his office.

Back to the drawing board....once again.

Thank you, Lymetoo!!

did you tell them that you " work in New Jersey, actually 30 min from his office."

That might help change their mind. He may also only have limited time and space and wants to be sure those who live near him can be served.

Try giving your work address as your home address. That way, anything mailed to you would go to your job, and the doctors office would be none the wiser.
