I'm having some horrible spike in anxiety!

I have General Anxiety Disorder with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder but recently they are really through the roof and I can't sleep!

Even though I'm on a pretty high dosage of Trazodone which used to help.
I'm completely panicking as my work approaches and I really need to find a good psychiatrist to help me!

Please - if you know someone in Boston area or around - would you PLEASE let me know!

I'm really in a bad shape mentally and it's very scary.

Oh, Sing, so sorry you're having a rough time. So glad you came to us. Everything is going to be okay now.

We'll have some input from others for you and so you don't need to be scared. You have ALL of us here to support YOU.
