Just recently diagnosed with LD after more than a year and a half of being told that "I'm just getting old (age 44) and that I should just learn to live with it." Needless to say, I am very eager to begin treatment ASAP; symptoms have been intensifying as of late. Anyone know of any LLMD's in Minnesota? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
Cheers Scott

I am looking for a Lyme DR in Minnesota. I was clinically diagnosed (negative blood test)in Sept. '08 and was (reluctantly) treated with doxycycline for 6 weeks. My symptoms seemed to get better but gradually have started to get worse. Joint pain, tinnitus (now significant hearing loss in left ear), confusion, fatigue etc... My current Dr really has no interest in discussing LD as a possibility for my symptoms but does not offer me any alternatives.
Any help would be great.
Thank you

We would not want your request to go unnoticed and unanswered, therefore; we ask that
you please post all ``NEW REQUESTS'' for a doctor on a ``NEW AND SEPARATE POST'' by clicking on the icon that says "Post New Topic" on the top of this web page.
Our volunteers, who help with LLMD referrals, look for "NEW REQUESTS" only and don't go back to look at older Topics that have already been answered.
Please refer to our posting guidelines link, which we hope you will find helpful:
