Have a friend who has extreme Lyme symptoms but doctors don't think she has Lyme because she is in the West Coast. She lives in the Thousand Oaks/Ventura County area but can drive to Los Angeles. Thank you!

Ariel - the West coast has Lyme disease from one end to the other - it's everywhere.

Dorothy Leland has a blog, Touched by Lyme, on the CALDA website (www.lymedisease.org). She got info from over 150 Californians and where they were bitten here.

Someone will send you a doctor list soon from here.
