I am seeing a LLMD in Washington State (Seattle). I am currently in treatment with an ND, but would like to confer with someone with extensive experience.

My abbreviated summary:
- historically low energy and depressed since high school, air hunger, poor sleep
- very sick 2002-2004, unable to work. Dx Reiter's syndrome, Giaunne-Barre syndrome, others. Eventually Dx polymyositis due to high CPK and myoglobin labs.
- Treated with doxycycline, minocycline, occasional other abx 2004-2009.
- Dx with Lyme by Igenex this past August.
- Current treatment is clarithromycin 500mg 2x/day, augmentin 500mg 2x/day, and flagyl 500mg 2x/day. Added flagy mid-November.
- Supplements are high dose Vit C, Vit D, NAC, ALA, B50, others.
