I know you have to go to the office once every 5 months or so.
How many phone followups do you have betweeen visits and what is the cost of those?
If you have co-infectionlab results from LabCorp, does he require more tests?

The number of phone consults is up to you. They are almost as much as office visits, if I am remembering correctly.
He won't require more testing if it's a positive test result, but YOU may want to do Igenex testing if the result is negative.
The very capable nurses can answer most questions for you .. so you won't need to call him that much, most likely.
