Why don't you try calling support groups in your area. They generally get lots of feedback on LLMD's from their members.

No, Dr. S. M. at Lenox Hill Hosp? He himself had Lyme & I think he takes insurance.

MB, I did e-mail the support group for nyc days ago - no response. It seems the LI one disbanded.
