I am seeking treatment for an inadequately treated lyme infection that occurred in september last year (the second infection of lyme I acquired in less than one year). I would travel anywhere to speak with an expert at this point, I dont think just a basic ID doctor is the answer. Thanks for all the you do!

Yes, please forget going to an ID doctor. 99% of us have had bad experiences doing that. Rather, call your Florida Lyme Support Groups (on left side of page) to see who they recommend.
You are near the Florida border, so you can easily see docs in states other than Florida.
