My husband is suffering from severe itching and we suspect it is Lyme. My daughter and I both have been treated for Lyme but had to travel to Dr. J in Pa for treatment. We are hoping we can find an LLD in Ohio. Can you help?

Hi all, I finally got this site to take my registration! I think i may have Lyme disease that is undiagnosed/misdiagnosed. I am seeking a specialist here in Ohio(Columbus preferably). If you all have any names I would certainly appreciate your help! In August 2008 I went to my doctor with a rash that now looking at lyme pictures was probably related, they just gave me cortisone cream. It was definitely a bullseye rash. I have had very mild visual changes, dizziness until mid-September when I had a bout of incontinence which was attributed to UTI,then episodes of back pain, shingles, and now neuropathies in hands and feet. My docs think I am crazy I think because of the less than cookie cutter symptoms. I really want to see a specialist. Thanks in advance. Sue

Also look into candida or yeast as the culprit for the itching. Many lyme patients have it even before beginning antibiotic treatment.
