Does anyone happen to know if any LLMD's from states listed above take medicare? Thank you.

I think that your best bet will be to contact some of the larger Support Groups in those states. They may have this information.

There's a link on the upper left side of this page and Support Groups are listed by state. It's usually better to call than to email if a phone number is listed for a contact person.
