Has anyone seen DR.V in Gaithersberg? Have they had any success? Does he use antibiotics with alternative meds?

He will treat with herbs, he recommends tons of supplements, and he feels that methylation is a key to getting any treatment to work.

This is from a patient of his. She also takes her son to him. I'll ask her to contact you.

One report was that he won't use antibiotics, but I have heard of 2 cases of him using them.

Can't say about "success." Do you mean improved, or don't need to treat anymore?

I meant improved. Thanks for asking her to contact me. I do believe in the antibiotics. They help me. The only proble, is the minute I go off...the symptoms come back. I also wanted to know if he was terribly expensive.

He does believe in antibiotics but likes to boost immune system and treat w/ herbs 1st.

Just my opinion.. I would find a dr who uses abx FIRST.. not last.

Just wondering why you picked this particular doc.

He's not who I recommend. I recommend docs who follow the Burrascano treatment protocol. That's how I got rid of lyme and company. And, that's how all my friends did also. Write me and I can give you some names.

If a person relapses immediately, it can be from a number of things: inadequate treatment, failure to treat lyme cysts, smoking and drinking, and an untreated coinfection are some reasons that come to mind.
