Can anyone give me a list of all Dr's treating chronic Lyme?

I am looking for a Dr that is in my insurance network (and all in my area are not.) So I am willing to travel if needed. I just would like to compare who is in-network and who is out-of network.

Is there a way to get a list of all providers in the US? Thanks!!
